The R66T Academy is proud to announce its partnership with One Day Test, a charity cricket festival supported by former England international Graeme Swann and dedicated to raising awareness and funds for men’s mental health.

The festival will take place on 30 August 2026 at Hemingbrough Cricket Club, bringing together cricket, community, and fundraising for a full day of sport, entertainment, and shared purpose.

Across the day, spectators can expect an exciting mix of cricket and family-friendly activities, including competitive matches featuring local teams, a celebrity fixture, coaching opportunities, and the chance to win a Graeme Swann spin masterclass. Alongside this, the R66T Academy will be delivering coaching sessions for young players, while live music, food and drink stalls, children’s activities, and a packed raffle and auction will help create a festival atmosphere from start to finish.

Beyond the cricket, the event is focused on making a meaningful impact. Funds raised will support organisations including The Jordan Legacy and Andy’s Man Club, as well as contribute to grassroots cricket through the R66T Foundation and The Cricket Society Trust.

As part of the collaboration, the R66T Academy will also be donating a bowling machine to the raffle and providing ECB Level 2–qualified coaches throughout the day, giving young players the opportunity to learn directly from experienced professionals in a festival setting.

Charlie Brackley, Founder of One Day Test, said:
“This partnership with the R66T Academy allows us to grow the reach and impact of the festival. It strengthens our ability to support men’s mental health charities while also giving back to grassroots cricket. Together, we can open the event up to a wider audience and make a bigger difference.”

Ben Shaw, Head of the R66T Academy, added:
“We’re delighted to be working alongside One Day Test on such an important event. It’s a brilliant opportunity to support mental health awareness while inspiring the next generation of cricketers through coaching, masterclasses, and community engagement. We’re looking forward to a fantastic day.”

Supporters are encouraged to attend the event, enjoy a full day of cricket and entertainment, and get involved by donating, bidding in the auction, or purchasing raffle tickets.
