5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Shipments)

All international orders (outside the UK) may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country's government.

  • Customer Responsibility: The recipient (customer) is the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

  • Payment: The customer is solely responsible for payment of any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. These charges are typically collected by DHL Global upon delivery.

  • Non-Payment: If the recipient refuses to pay the necessary duties and taxes, the merchandise may be returned to R66T Academy or abandoned by customs. In this event, any resulting charges or losses will be deducted from any potential refund or charged back to the customer.

7. Delivery Issues and Support

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your tracking status has not been updated for an extended period, or if the estimated delivery time has significantly passed, please contact our customer support team with your order number. We will initiate an investigation with DHL Global. Please allow up to 10 business days for the courier to complete their investigation.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery costs.

Damaged in Transit

If your merchandise arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photographs of the damage to the packaging and the product.

  2. Contact R66T Academy customer support immediately (within 48 hours of delivery).

  3. Retain all original packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
