Training at Adelaide University Sports Centre
The R66T Academy is proudly based at the Adelaide University Sports Centre, one of South Australia’s leading high performance training venues. Facilities include a high performance strength & conditioning gym, first grade standard outdoor training and playing facilities, performance testing and sport science zones and recovery and therapy facilities.
Program Structure
This year, for the first time ever, The R66T Academy High Performance Program will offer a non-residential program for cricketers who have already made their plans for their club cricket for the winter, along with their accommodation. This offer will therefore include all the coaching and playing opportunities on the HPP, all the non-cricket fitness and recovery programmes… and that’s it!
We will of course still be running our full residential program for those cricketers who need accommodation and a club to play for alongside the basic HPP program. We will also be offering shorter ‘blocks’ on the program, alongside the basic 2 blocks of 10 weeks. This means that cricketers, who may not be able to commit to a full 6 month program, can experience the R66T Academy HPP in Adelaide for a short a time as 5 weeks.
